After ​7​ intense strike rounds​,​ ​sweat through short but sharp circuits that will push you to your limits. You will need to complete various exercise stations. It will test both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge. Recommended for intermediate and advance practitioners.

Endurance (+ Foundation)

First 10 minutes: Foundation (only compulsory for first timers)* 50 minutes: (Workout Commences) Go all out with a mix of cardio HIIT exercises and punching drills that build up arm endurance, leaving you with the strength and stamina to box longer and faster.

*Regulars/Students who have prior experience in Boxing may skip Foundation.
