Endurance (+ Foundation)

First 10 minutes: Foundation (only compulsory for first timers)* 50 minutes: (Workout Commences) Go all out with a mix of cardio HIIT exercises and punching drills that build up arm endurance, leaving you with the strength and stamina to box longer and faster.

*Regulars/Students who have prior experience in Boxing may skip Foundation.
